Property destruction

    A complaint was filed on March 25 that unknown person(s) damaged property on Town Hall Ave., Edinburg

Driving intoxicated

    On March 26 sheriff’s deputies arrested Dennis Nelson Muse, Basye for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.

He will appear May 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Drive without license

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Chantell Marie Wright, Shenandoah on March 27 for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license. She will appear May 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Property destruction

    A complaint was filed on March 27 that unknown person(s) entered a building causing damage on Early Drive, Basye.

Reckless with firearm

    On March 27 sheriff’s deputies charged Lindsey Nicole Ward, Edinburg with reckless handling of a firearm. She will appear May 25 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Domestic assault

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen Gregory Meadows, Edinburg on March 29 for assault and battery on a family member. He will appear April 26 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Petit larceny

    On March 30 sheriff’s deputies arrested David Joseph Buffington, Woodstock for being a fugitive from justice from Pennsylvania, petit larceny and possession of methamphetamine. He will appear May 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Fugitive from justice

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Benjamin Keith Biggers, Woodstock on April 1 for being a fugitive from justice from Maryland. He will appear April 2 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Domestic Assault

     April 1 sheriff’s deputies arrested Linda Sue Stewart, Maurertown for assault and battery on a family member. She will appear May 3 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
