    Hon. James W. Riddleberger, Ambassador to Yugoslavia, arrived in Woodstock late last week to visit with his father, Mr. Frank B. Riddleberger on North Main Street.  He was accompanied to the States by his youngest son, Peter, who is going on to the University of Nebraska to enter his second year in college. He studied last year at the University of Geneva, Switzerland.

    Marriage Licenses. Robert Nelson Andrews, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Andrews Jr., Strasburg, Rt. 2, and Mrs. Goldie Ella Hammond Bowley, 23, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Forrest F. Hammond Strasburg, married Oct. 13 in Front Royal; Joe Haas Grove, 54, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred T. Grove, and Mrs. Hilda Mae Lutz, 51, widow, both of Edinburg.  The couple was married in Charlottesville on October 14. Mr. Grove is owned of a vending machine business in Edinburg; James Edward Dove, 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Edward Dove, Timberville, and Miss Patsy Lee Atkinson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Catchell Atkinson, New Market, married Harrisonburg; Charles Franklin Dysart Jr., 23, son of C. Frank Dysart Sr. and Mrs. Dysart, Woodstock, and Miss Nancy Lucille Funkhouser, 17, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lee Funkhouser of Edinburg, married in Edinburg.
