Manufacture drug

    On August 8 sheriff’s deputies arrested Javon Eugene Cook, Woodstock for manufacturing a controlled substance.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed July 22 unknown person(s) removed US currency from a residence on Back Road, Maurertown.

 

Threats

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Carl Edward Riggleman Jr., Strasburg for threats in writing on August 4. He will appear August 17 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Larceny

    On July 29 unknown persons entered a business on South Ox Road, Edinburg causing damage and removing U.S currency.

 

Property destruction

    On July 29 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) entered a business on John Marshall Highway, Strasburg causing damage and removing a wallet containing miscellaneous items.

 

Firearm violation

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Javon Eugene Cook, Woodstock on August 4 for possession of a firearm with schedule I/II drug, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obstruction of justice, providing false identification to law enforcement and possession of a schedule I/II drug with intent to sell/distribute. He will appear in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Distribute heroin

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Wayne Farmer Jr., Maurertown on July 31 for distribution of heroin and conspiring to distribute heroin.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed on July 31 that unknown person(s) removed a debit card on Kadies Lane, Edinburg.

 

Driving drunk

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Clifton Costello, Strasburg on July 31 for driving while intoxicated. He will appear August 17 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed on August 1 that unknown person(s) removed US currency, power tools, and a push mower on Johnstown Road, Edinburg.

 

Domestic assault

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Lawrence Theodore Jr., Edinburg on August 3 for violation of a protective order and assault and battery. He will appear August 16 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed August 2 that unknown person(s) removed gasoline on Alum Springs Road, Basye.
