Property destruction

    On Sept.21 sheriff’s deputies charged Yufani K. Alusoh Abonge, Fairfax Station, VA with destruction of property. He will appear Oct. 26 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed Sept. 23 that unknown person(s) removed keys on Fairview Drive, Mount Jackson.

 

Drug possession

    On Sept.24 sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephanie Patterson, Lewisburg WV for two counts of possession of methamphetamine.

 

Threats

    On Sept.24 sheriff’s deputies charged a fifteen- year old with threats. The juvenile will appear October 4 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Court.

 

Weapon at school

    Sheriff’s deputies charged a sixteen-year old with possession of weapon on school property on Sept.24. The juvenile will appear Oct. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Larceny

    On Sept.24 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) entered a vehicle and removed miscellaneous tools on Industrial Park Road, Mount Jackson.

    A complaint was filed Sept.24 that unknown person(s) removed a car battery on Wolf Gap Road, Edinburg.

 

Break, enter

    On Sept. 24 unknown person(s) entered a building and removed electronics on Old Valley Pike, New Market.

 

Assault officer

    Sheriff’s deputies charged an eleven-year old with assault and battery on law enforcement, assault and battery on school employee, and attempt to disarm officer. The juvenile will appear Oct. 4 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

    On Sept.25 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) removed electricity at a residence on Edinburg Gap Road, Edinburg.

 

Break, enter

    On Sept.25 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) entered a residence and removed music equipment on Quicksburg Road.

 

Assault

    Sheriff’s deputies charged a sixteen-year old with assault. The juvenile will appear Oct. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Strangulation

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Wayne Rice, Edinburg on Sept. 26 for assault and battery on a family member and strangulation. He will appear Oct.18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Violate order

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Wayne Rice, Edinburg on Sept. 29 for violation of a protective order. He will appear Oct.18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Domestic assault

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Tyler Swann, Strasburg on Sept. 26 for violation of a protective order. He will appear Oct.18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Drunk in public

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph Nicholas Cleary, Edinburg for appearing drunk in public on Sept.27. He will appear Oct.19 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Domestic assault

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Bharathan Rozzi, Edinburg on Sept. 27 for assault and battery on a family member. He will appear Oct. 11 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested a fifteen-year old on Sept.28 with assault and battery on a family member, destruction of property and threats.

    On Sept. 28 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) removed wheels on E. Lee Highway, New Market.

 

Domestic assault

    On Sept. 28 sheriff’s deputies arrested Andre Jerome Brown, Woodstock for assault and battery on a family member, assault and battery on law enforcement, destruction of property, and attempt to flee law enforcement. Brown will appear Oct. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and Oct. 26 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
