Larceny

    On Oct. 21 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) removed a handgun on Rocking Chair Lane, Mount Jackson.

 

Drug possession

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jamie Lee Rush on Oct. 21 for possession of methamphetamine on Oct. 23.

 

Drug distribution

    On Oct. 23 sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph C. Kuchta, Woodstock for distribution of methamphetamine, conspire to distribute methamphetamine, and drug sale near school.

 

Assault

    Sheriff’s deputies charged a f14- year old with two counts of assault. The juvenile will appear Nov. 15 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Hit and run

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher Sean Crawford-Duval, Woodstock on Oct. 24 for hit and run, driving after his privilege had been revoked, driving while intoxicated and refusal of a breath test. He will appear Nov. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Trespassing

    On Oct. 25 sheriff’s deputies arrested Ethel Fahnestock Estep of Woodstock for trespassing. She will appear Dec. 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Property destruction

    On Oct. 25 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) damaged a vehicle on Toll House Road, Toms Brook.

 

Grand larceny

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Lynn McClanahan, Fort Valley for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, possession of a sawed-off gun, and violation of a protective order. He will appear Nov. 8 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and Nov. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Drunk in public

    On Oct. 26 a15-year old was charged with appearing intoxicated in public. The juvenile will appear Dec. 6 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Domestic assault

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph Wayne Leonard, Edinburg on Oct. 28 for violation of a protective order and assault and battery on a family member. He will appear Nov. 1 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
