Drug possession

    On Dec. 26 Cassie Renea Clark, Quicksburg was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. She will appear Jan. 11 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Marijuana possession

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Lee Alcorn, Edinburg on Dec. 26 of possession of schedule I/II drug and possession of marijuana.

 

Child abuse

    On Dec. 26 Timothy Terrance Bell Jr., no fixed address, was arrested on two counts of child abuse.

 

Distribute drugs

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Corbyn Lee Rush, Woodstock on Dec.28 for two counts of distribution of methamphetamine. He will appear Jan. 4 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Child endangerment

    On Dec. 28 Katie Ella Funkhouser, Woodstock was arrested for distribution of methamphetamine and child endangerment. She will appear Jan. 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court and Jan. 10 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed that unknown person(s) removed US currency on Dec. 29 on Back Road, Maurertown.

    On Dec. 31 a complaint was filed that unknown person(s) removed a license plate on Old Valley Pike, New Market.

 

Assault and battery

    Sheriff’s deputies charged Robert Dale Martin, Toms Brook on Jan. 1 with assault and battery. He will appear Jan. 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Firearm violation

     Danny Olivera of Reading, Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of attempted aggravated malicious wounding, two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and conspiring to use a firearm in commission of a felony on Jan. 1. He will appear Jan.11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Attempted wounding

    Christian Rodriguez Santiago of Edinburg on Jan. 1 was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated malicious wounding, conspiring to use a firearm in commission of a felony, two counts of principal in second degree to attempted aggravated malicious wounding, and principal in second degree to using a firearm in commission of a felony. He will appear Jan. 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

    Ferdinand Rodriguez Santiago of Bernville, Pennsylvania, on Jan. 1 was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated malicious wounding, conspiring to use a firearm in commission of a felony, two counts of principal in second degree to attempted aggravated malicious wounding and principal in second degree to using a firearm in commission of a felony. He will appear Jan. 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

    Jose Santiago Garcia, of Reading, Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of attempted aggravated malicious wounding, two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and conspiring to use a firearm in commission of a felony on Jan.1. He will appear Jan. 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Property destruction

    On Jan. 1 unknown person(s) damaged a vehicle on Mount Olive Road, Toms Brook.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed Jan. 1 that unknown person(s) removed two license plates on West North Street, Woodstock.

 

Property destruction

    On Jan. 1 unknown person(s) entered a residence causing damage and removed US currency, documents, and other household items on Fairway Drive, Basye.

 

Property destruction

    On Jan. 3 sheriff’s deputies charged Keyyand M. Cuffee, Portsmouth with destruction of property. He will appear Feb. 8 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Fugitive

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Benjamin Keith Biggers, Edinburg on Jan.5 for being a fugitive from justice in Maryland. He will appear Jan.7 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed on Jan.5 that unknown person(s) removed a chainsaw on Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson.

 

Domestic assault

    On Jan. 5 Devin Joseph Fitzgerald, Bayse was arrested for two counts of assault and battery. He will appear Jan. 17 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

    A complaint was filed Jan. 4 that unknown person(s) removed a tire chain on Mount Olive Road, Toms Brook.
