Breaking and entering/ larceny

    A complaint was filed on April 8 that unknown person(s) entered a residence and removed a mirror and mower on Readus Road, Edinburg.

 

Possession of marijuana

    On April 10 sheriff’s deputies arrested Ian Joseph Vann, Woodstock for possession of marijuana. He is to appear May 26 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Possession of marijuana

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dakota Wayne Miller, Edinburg on April 10 for possession of a schedule I/II drug. He will appear May 26 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Embezzlement /larceny 

    On April 11 sheriff’s deputies arrested Bradley Reed Richie, Harrisonburg for embezzlement and larceny with intent to sell. He will appear April 28 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed on April 11 that unknown person(s) removed a handgun from a residence on Sundance Retreat Lane, New Market.

 

Grand larceny

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jaden William Payne, Quicksburg April 11 for grand larceny. He will appear May 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

    Sheriff’s deputies on April 18 charged Keirsten Elizabeth Nicolson-Vincent, Berryville with larceny. She will appear May 19 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Domestic assault

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph Allen Foutz, Toms Brook for assault and battery on a family member on April 14. He will appear May 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Court.

 

Larceny 

    The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint April 12 that unknown person(s) removed US currency from a residence on Fairway Drive, Bayse.

 

Larceny/destruction of property

    A complaint was filed April 12 that unknown person(s) entered a residence on Back Road, Toms Brook causing damage and removing prescription medication.

 

Sexual assault

    On April 13 sheriff’s deputies charged a seventeen-year-old juvenile with sexual assault. The court date is April 27 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Domestic assault/strangulation

    On April 14 sheriff’s deputies arrested Dusty Owen Hottinger, Fulks Run for preventing the summoning of law enforcement, assault and battery on a family member and strangulation 

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed April 15 that unknown person(s) removed a cellular phone from a residence on Senedo Road, Edinburg.

    A complaint was filed on April 11 that unknown person(s) removed jewelry from a residence on Martz Lane, Edinburg.

    Sheriff’s deputies charged Michael Ray Santmyers Jr., Edinburg April 16 with possession of marijuana. He will appear May 26 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
