    A complaint was filed Sept. 14 that unknown person(s) damaged the roadway on North High Street, Edinburg.

    A complaint was filed Sept. 18 that unknown person(s) damaged a vehicle door on Piccadilly Street, Edinburg.

 

Breaking and entering

    A complaint was filed Sept. 27 that unknown person(s) entered a church causing damage on Senedo Road, Edinburg.

 

Driving while intoxicated

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Patricia Clem Orndorff, Toms Brook on Sept. 30 for driving while intoxicated. She will appear Nov. 17 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed Sept. 30 that unknown person(s) removed a boat from Hickory Lane, Fort Valley.

 

Malicious wounding

    On Oct. 2 sheriff’s deputies arrested a 16-year old for malicious wounding and conspiring to commit malicious wounding

 

Violation of a protective order

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Lee Johnson, Front Royal on Oct. 2 for violation of a protective order. He will appear Oct. 26 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Destruction of property

    A complaint was filed Oct. 2 that unknown person(s) damaged bridgeboards on South Hollingsworth Road, Woodstock.

 

Illegal dumping

    On Oct. 3 sheriff’s deputies charged Ervene C. Shuck, Strasburg with two counts of illegal dumping. He will appear Oct.13 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Destruction of property

    A complaint was filed Oct. 3 that unknown person(s) damaged a driveway, residence, and chair on Stoneburner Road, Edinburg.

 

Larceny

    A complaint was filed Oct. 3 that unknown person(s) removed a sign on Riverview Drive, Toms Brook.

 

Forgery

    Sheriff’s deputies arrested Adam Michael McGowan, Luray on Oct. 5 for three counts of forgery and three counts of uttering. He will appear Nov.17 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Domestic assault

     On Oct. 5 sheriff’s deputies arrested Juan Andres Estrella Polanco, Woodstock for assault and battery on a family member, child abuse, and child endangerment. He will appear Oct. 12 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

 

Animal Cruelty

    Sheriff’s deputies charged Cassidy Devan Loiselle, Maurertown Oct. 5 with five counts of animal cruelty. She will appear Dec. 8 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Assault and battery

    On Oct. 6 sheriff’s deputies arrested Kevin Dale Weber, Toms Brook for assault and battery. He will appear Oct. 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Possession of marijuana

    Sheriff’s deputies charged Taylor Nicole Hehnessey, Mooresville, NC with possession of marijuana on Oct. 6. She will appear Oct. 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Domestic assault

    On Oct. 9 sheriff’s deputies arrested Travis Eugene Arbogast, Edinburg for assault and battery. He will appear Nov. 9 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
